The Best Vegan Tofu Burger Recipe
We all love some tasty burger, both vegans and non-vegans, but I notice vegan burgers appear to have the reputation of not tasting as ‘great’ as non-vegan ones, which I understand for people who recently became vegans. But that is not due to the type of burger but rather the curiosity of the chef/cook in making the burger. Your vegan burger can be as great and even better than non-vegan ones, all you need is the right ingredients and the right style. When you do all of that, I can guarantee you’ll arrive at a burger that’ll never leave you wanting to go back to your non-vegan days. With this my special homemade tofu burger recipe, I will prove to you that indeed vegan burgers can be great.
As with every other vegan recipe I have shared with you on this blog, the sheer amount of veggies and other healthy ingredients in this vegan burger recipe should let you know this tofu burger is very healthy, nutritionally beneficial and something you would want to look forward to as it’s made with love.
Without boring you more, let’s go straight to the recipe below.
