Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F(or 180°C). Line an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch pan with parchment paper and grease the inside of the pan to prevent sticking.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseeds with the water. Set aside to thicken.
Step 3: In a big bowl, add in the mashed banana, vegan butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, flaxseed mix, and milk, and mix until well combined.
