- 1/2 cup vegan butter softened (not melted)
- 2½ – 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt this is optional, but it helps balance sweetness
Beat the vegan butter and cream cheese:
Add powdered sugar gradually:
Add 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating on low at first to avoid a powder cloud.
Increase speed to medium and beat until light and fluffy.
