For Soy Milk:
- 2 cups dried soybeans
- 8 cups water for blending
- Additional water for soaking
For Coagulation:
- 2 tsp nigari magnesium chloride, or
- 2 tsp lemon juice or
- 1½ tsp gypsum powder calcium sulfate
- ¼ cup warm water to dissolve coagulant
Optional:
- Salt to taste, for seasoning
