  • 1 cup unsweetened plain vegan mayo like soy-based or aquafaba-based
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk almond, oat, or soy work best
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives or 1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup for a hint of sweetness this is optional

Method
