Crunchy Vegan Roasted Chickpeas Recipe

- 2 cans 15 oz each chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- cayenne pepper or chili powder for heat this is optional
Season:
Transfer chickpeas to a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
