We all love that rich almond flavor that has a way of elevating almost anything, from puddings, to smoothies, oatmeal, muffins and other kinds of baked foods. I mean it’s almost like you can never go wrong with a bit of almond. Now, imagine that in buttery form, this would as a result increase the number of foods and recipes you could introduce that almond awesomeness. That is what I intend to help you achieve with my special homemade almond butter recipe that helps you make almond butter that is smooth, nutty and sweet in the right way.
You know how almond makes anything feel luxurious and healthier; this almond butter would take it to a whole new level in style.
The reason I recommend making things like peanut butter, pistachio butter and almond butter at home is because that way you’ll full control of whatever ingredients that go into them. Like I’ve mentioned in one of those recipes, sometimes honey is introduced in commercial versions. And we don’t want that as vegans. The best part is that you can tweak everything to achieved your desired taste and even smoothness.
Let’s get to the recipe itself so you can start making and enjoying your almond butter.
