How To Make Satisfying Strawberry Mango Smoothie Recipe
Independently, either mango or strawberry can used to make a really good smoothie that you’ll enjoy. In fact, I used to tell someone that mango is the only fruit that tries to act like a fruit, and it’s obvious why I said that. Mango doesn’t only taste good, it feels very good and refreshing. Now imagine when you pair that with strawberry and make them into a delicious smoothie. A smoothie you can hand to anyone and they’d scream with amazement. The sweetness of mango with the mild tart notes of strawberry. That’s how good this strawberry mango smoothie is.
Making it is very simple and really quick, in about 10 minutes your smoothie is ready, I mean it’s expected since all you need to do is prepare and blend the correct measurements of each ingredients. Even though mangoes and strawberries are the main ingredients, they’re clearly not the only ingredients if you must achieve the absolute best result.

Satisfying Strawberry Mango Smoothie Recipe
Equipment
- High-speed blender
- Measuring cups
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Serving glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries hulled
- 1 cup ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any vegan milk
- ½ frozen banana for natural sweetness and creaminess
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed this is optional
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave syrup this is optional, to taste
- 4 - 6 ice cubes no need for this if you're using frozen fruit
Instructions
- Begin by washing the strawberries thoroughly and removing the green tops. If using fresh mango, peel it carefully and cut the flesh into small chunks to help it blend more smoothly.
- Add the strawberries, mango chunks, and frozen banana to the blender first. Placing the fruit at the bottom helps the blades blend more efficiently.
- Pour in the almond milk, followed by the chia seeds or flaxseed if using. These add fiber and healthy fats while thickening the smoothie slightly.
- If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the maple syrup or agave at this stage. Taste can always be adjusted later, so start with a small amount.
- Add ice cubes if you’re using fresh fruit and want a colder, thicker texture.
- Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides if needed. Continue blending until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy with no visible fruit chunks.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired by adding more milk (for a thinner texture) or more frozen fruit or ice (for a thicker texture).
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.
