Homemade Vegan Pancakes Everyone Loves
Breakfast can be both quick and truly delicious. It doesn’t have to be chore that you plan for, it could be something is ready in under 30 minutes that your entire household would enjoy and appreciate. Such kinds of breakfast is what these easy-to-make vegan pancakes offer you.
This is perhaps my easiest and quickest recipe ever and the result of doesn’t in any way suggest it was prepared in a hurry. Anyone that loves pancakes everything that makes them, would truly love and fall in love with this breakfast vegan pancakes that they can make in minutes.
As with most other vegan recipes I share, you need the regular ingredients you very likely have lying around like flour, baking powder, sugar, non-dairy milk, and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

Homemade Vegan Pancakes Everyone Loves
Equipment
- Mixing bowls 1 large, 1 small
- Whisk or fork
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Non-stick skillet or griddle
- Spatula
- Ladle or 1/4 cup measure This is for batter scooping
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups 160g all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar use coconut sugar or organic cane sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups 300ml non-dairy milk could be almond, soy, oat
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
- vegan butter or maple syrup this is option and it's for serving
Instructions
Make Vegan Buttermilk:
- In a small bowl, combine the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for 5 minutes to curdle slightly.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet & Dry:
- Pour the vegan buttermilk, vanilla, and oil into the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix. A few lumps are fine.
Preheat the Skillet:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil if needed.
Cook the Pancakes:
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to look set (2–3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve Warm:
- Top with fresh fruit, vegan butter, maple syrup, or any toppings you love!
