Homemade Tofu Marinade Recipe

Homemade Tofu Marinade Recipe

As you can clearly see from this blog, you can tell I love tofu, a lot. My love for tofu didn’t stem from being a vegan or because it’s a good meat replacement, I love it because of the nutritional benefit and the versatility that comes with tofu. The list of vegan meals that one can make with tofu is quite literally endless. Because of the nature of tofu, the taste and flavor of each of those meals take after whatever other ingredients and steps were used in making it. That makes tofu the vegan food necessity that it has become because you can rely on it not ruining your entire recipe.

One of such recipes where tofu shines is this marinated tofu with the right marinade, you can’t tell tofu was actually used. In this article, I’ll be guiding you with my own steps on how to make the tofu marinade that shines every time, a tofu marinade you can use and use, yet never get tired because the result is just something out of this world.

Like many others of my recipes, the steps are easy to follow and takes under 30 minutes to be ready. In a matter of minutes, your marinated tofu should be ready and steaming/sizzling on your plate.
